Southern District of the California State Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) has joined the USC GEN program as an “observer” participant. The DOGGR hopes to benefit from the technical discussions of many topics, including hydraulic fracturing, mini-fracs, step-rate injection tests, induced seismicity, and wellbore integrity. The division also hopes to be an active advisor to the USC GEN program on technical issues that affect California oil, gas, and geothermal operators.
